Neon sign

A neon 'Open Late' sign over a dark painted brick wall whose letters flicker on one by one with a left-to-right stroke ignition, sputter, hum and shut off in a looping 12-second cycle, while colored glow spills onto the wall and a cyan swash draws itself underneath.
